- Analytical & Financial Leadership: Utilize strong data acumen to evaluate complex challenges, shape operational strategies, and drive financial discipline. Ensure budgets and schedules meet corporate requirements.
- Influence & Collaboration: Regularly interface with executives and major customers. Navigate high-impact discussions requiring negotiation, influence, and executive presence.
- Cross-Functional Partnership: Work hand-in-hand with fellow Field Directors and the Regional Senior Leadership Group to operate as one aligned team driving shared goals and success.
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in field operations, service, or customer-facing environments.
- Proven track record of building high-performing, engaged, and innovative teams.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, operational execution, and people leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities.
- Demonstrated success in managing complex projects, budgets, and organizational change.
- Excellent communication and executive-level presentation skills.
- Ability to travel regularly across the Western U.S. and maintain a strong presence within the region.
Salary Range/Hourly Rate for Bay Area, California Based Applicants: $161,900 - $231,300 annually (actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law).
Salary Range/Hourly Rate for California Based Applicants: $149,000 - $212,800 annually (actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law).

Full Time Employee coverage is effective on the first day of employment. Part-Time employee coverage is effective the first of the month following 90 days of employment.
