Lead Analyst, Sales Demand Enablement

Strategic Incentive Program Support: Promote internal and external incentive/spiff programs that align with sales incentive programs to drive revenue growth, channel productivity, and market share. Partner with Finance and Sales Strategy to model and forecast incentive cost efficiency, volume elasticity, and margin tradeoffs
Data Analysis and Reporting: Conduct in-depth analysis of sales and incentive program performance, generating actionable insights and comprehensive reports for senior leadership. Build dynamic dashboards and in-depth reporting for sales and marketing leaders to evaluate incentive ROI, take rates, and payout pacing. Deliver timely and clear insights on campaign effectiveness, market response, and performance by geography, channel, and product line.
Continuous Data Monitoring: Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all reports and data analyses, while implementing ongoing tracking of key metrics to continuously monitor and improve data quality and reporting effectiveness. Monitor incentive program data integrity and proactively identify discrepancies or risks. Maintain a rolling incentive performance tracker to provide leadership with a real-time view of program success and spend.
Payout Management: Oversee the accurate and timely processing of payouts related to spiff programs and sales commissions. Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant payout processing in partnership with Sales Operations, People (Payroll), and Finance teams. Maintain and support standardized program documentation, T&Cs, and audit protocols to streamline governance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Financial Services, Marketing, People, Finance, and Product Marketing to ensure alignment and seamless execution of incentive programs and sales strategies.
Competitive Intelligence: Monitor and analyze competitor activities and market trends, providing strategic insights to inform incentive program development and sales strategies.
Program Documentation and Standardization: Develop and maintain standardized documentation for incentive programs, ensuring clear communication and consistent implementation.
Campaign & Program Enablement: Provide analytical support and operational guidance for national commercial and industrial (C&I) campaigns. Support national go-to-market campaigns with operational guidance and field-facing enablement tools. Manage key calendar milestones, aligning creative, training, and operational readiness.
Special Project Management: Lead special sales incentive program optimization projects. Lead cross-functional deep dives into program performance, customer behavior, or profitability to improve future incentive strategy. Partner with internal stakeholders to scale new analytics tools, incentive governance frameworks, or self-service dashboards.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in consulting, field operations, market intelligence, incentive planning, sales operations, or related roles; preferably within the automotive industry
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights, including complex modeling
Proven experience in managing and implementing effective incentive programs that drive sales performance.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and CRM systems, including Excel, Google Sheets, and Salesforce.
Familiarity with automotive data sets including PIN+, S&P Global, MotorIntelligence, ALG, GfK, and Strategic Vision.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
