Manager Service Operations

Responsibilities:Manage the day to day operations Service Team on location. Direct reports will include technicians, parts advisors, service advisors and detailers. Work closely with cross functional teams on site, vehicle ops and delivery& mobile ops. Responsible for the success of the workflow of vehicles through the service department and ensure positive customer experience, plus the safety of team.
