Are you a Civil Project Manager looking to take real ownership of multiple heavy civil projects, with clear scope to step up as the company grows?

Do you have experience managing budgets, schedules, and change orders to keep projects profitable and on track?

You'll be on-site in Chagrin Falls, leading multiple projects from pre-construction planning through close-out, coordinating superintendents and engineers, controlling costs, and keeping stakeholders aligned through every change.

  • The Role:

  • Lead multiple heavy civil projects on-site in Chagrin Falls, OH, from pre-construction through close-out
  • Control schedules, budgets, change orders, and billings in collaboration with engineering, superintendents, and accounting
  • Full-time, on-site position (40 hours per week)

  • The Person:

  • Proven heavy civil project management experience (utilities and site clearance experience required)
  • Strong track record managing budgets, schedules, costs, and project reporting/change control
  • Detail-focused, proactive "go-getter" who thrives in a fast-paced, growing team environment
