Rezolv Energy is a highly experienced, independent renewable energy producer building a new era of sustainable power for Central and South-Eastern Europe. Rezolv takes renewable energy projects from late-stage development through construction and into long-term operation. We provide subsidy-free clean energy at a long-term, stable price for industrial and commercial users, and other off-takers, operating across the region. Rezolv Energy is in the final development of 2.3 GW of wind and solar projects financed by international lenders across four sites in Romania and Bulgaria, with one of them fully operational, other under construction and two in late stage of development.


About the role

The Community Liaison Officer is an on-site role based on our Dunarea wind project (Deleni), responsible for fostering positive relationships between Rezolv Energy and local communities.


Responsibilities:

  • Implement the Stakeholder Engagement Plan.
  • Maintain strong relationships with local communities and authorities.
  • Organize consultations, meetings, and information sessions.
  • Communicate Project activities, schedules, impacts, and mitigation measures.
  • Manage the Project grievance mechanism and complaint register.
  • Track, investigate, and support the resolution of stakeholder concerns.
  • Monitor community interests and emerging social risks.
  • Support land access and communication with landowners.
  • Assist with social audits, lender reviews, and ESAP compliance.
  • Coordinate with contractors on community-related issues.
  • Support local community investment and skills-development initiatives.
  • Prepare regular stakeholder engagement and grievance reports.


Qualifications

  • Experience in community relations, stakeholder engagement, or social risk management.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Fluency in Romanian and working proficiency of English.
  • Good organisational and reporting skills.
  • Experience in renewable energy, construction, or infrastructure projects is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with IFC and EBRD requirements is desirable.
