Position Overview:
We’re looking for an energetic and motivated Event Marketing Associate to join our clean energy team. In this role, you’ll educate customers on the benefits of switching to renewable energy, assist with enrollment, and help our team hit key campaign goals. Whether you're just getting started or looking for a meaningful career path, this position offers the training, support, and advancement opportunities to help you thrive.

What You’ll Do:

  • Engage with customers in face-to-face retail settings to promote clean energy solutions

  • Understand and explain the benefits of clean, renewable energy options

  • Help customers complete sign-ups and answer any service-related questions

  • Collaborate with the team to meet weekly and monthly campaign goals

  • Keep up to date on clean energy offerings, promotions, and market trends

  • Set up in-store displays and assist with brand visibility at retail partner locations

  • Contribute to a positive, high-energy work environment that fosters success

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Enthusiastic, coachable, and motivated to learn

  • A team player who thrives in a fast-paced retail setting

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Full-time availability, including some evenings and weekends
