About the Role

In this position, you’ll work alongside experienced Marketing and Sales Managers to gain the skills needed to launch and grow your career. Through direct customer engagement, innovative marketing campaigns, and personalized training, you’ll play a critical role in helping us promote clean energy solutions across Texas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Learn and master all product knowledge related to our clean energy campaigns

  • Educate customers on the benefits of renewable energy through in-person interactions

  • Shadow senior managers and attend daily training sessions

  • Support internal marketing efforts with campaign materials and presentations

  • Participate in sales presentations, proposals, and client pitches

  • Assist in building brand awareness and customer satisfaction
