Objective:
We are looking for a highly driven Business Growth Associate to work directly with the Founder and drive revenue growth, customer acquisition, account management, and strategic business expansion.
The ideal candidate will take ownership of the complete sales lifecycle from lead engagement to deal closure, onboarding, execution coordination, and long-term customer relationship management.
This role is suited for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving customer problems, coordinating across teams, and driving business outcomes in a fast-paced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Sales
- Engage with qualified leads provided by the company and drive them through the sales funnel.
- Conduct discovery calls, presentations, meetings, and product demonstrations.
- Understand customer requirements and position solutions effectively.
- Prepare proposals, commercial discussions, and negotiate agreements.
- Drive opportunities from initial conversations through successful closure.
- Consistently achieve business development and revenue targets.
CRM & Sales Operations
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, customer interactions, and sales activities within the CRM system.
- Track and manage the entire sales pipeline from lead qualification to deal closure.
- Ensure timely follow-ups, meeting scheduling, and opportunity progression.
- Generate and maintain sales reports, pipeline forecasts, and performance dashboards.
- Monitor conversion metrics and identify areas for improving sales effectiveness.
- Maintain customer data, account information, and communication history to support relationship management.
Customer Onboarding & Execution
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation.
- Support order confirmation and handover to the operations team.
Account Management & Customer Success
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
- Identify upselling, cross-selling, and expansion opportunities.
- Conduct regular customer check-ins and business reviews.
- Manage customer feedback and work with internal teams to improve service delivery.
Market Expansion & Partnerships
- Identify opportunities for growth across B2B brands
- Support strategic partnerships and ecosystem collaborations.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Contribute insights and recommendations to support growth initiatives.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, Growth, or Partnerships.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience managing B2B or B2C sales cycles and customer relationships.
- Ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and functions.
- Strong ownership mindset and execution capability.
- Comfortable working in a startup environment with evolving responsibilities.
- Experience in sustainability, climate-tech, circular economy, packaging, or related industries is a plus.
