Role Summary

The Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a key role in growing Revamp’s high-performing, mission-driven team. This individual is responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment for a range of technical and non-technical positions, with a strong focus on engineering and renewable energy disciplines. The ideal candidate will bring at least three years of demonstrated experience partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver a collaborative, relationship-driven recruiting experience.


Success in this role requires a proactive sourcing mindset, strong business acumen, and the ability to identify and engage top talent for highly specialized technical roles in competitive markets. Duties & Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies aligned with departmental goals and company needs.
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical and non-technical roles, including job scoping, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  • Support new hire onboarding processes, including coordinating equipment shipments, in-person orientation events, new hire core content training, and the scheduling of 90-day new hire reviews.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, serving as a trusted advisor throughout the recruitment process.
  • Proactively source and engage passive candidates for highly specific technical positions, using Boolean logic, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
  • Conduct candidate screens to evaluate technical qualifications, experience, and alignment with Revamp’s core values of Impact, Collaboration, Trust, and Equity.
  • Manage requisitions across multiple engineering disciplines (civil, electrical, structural, power systems, EPC, and related).
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the applicant tracking system (BreezyHR).
  • Track and report recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, pipeline health, and source effectiveness.
  • Partner with HR leadership to enhance employer branding, interview best practices, and hiring initiatives.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruiting processes and candidate experience.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned or directed.


Experience, Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field—or substantial equivalent work experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in a full-cycle recruiting role (corporate or agency).
  • Demonstrated experience recruiting for technical positions in engineering, construction, EPC, utilities, or AEC environments is strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to develop strong, trust-based relationships with hiring managers and prospective talent.
  • Demonstrated experience sourcing for hard-to-fill roles using creative and data-driven strategies.
  • Working knowledge of Boolean search logic and modern sourcing tools.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Detail-oriented, data-driven, and committed to operational excellence
