Location: New York City, New York


This role is posted on behalf of the following client: A venture-backed climate tech software company accelerating EV adoption by helping organizations manage, optimize, and monetize EV charging operations. The platform supports smoother charger operations, lower energy costs, and driver payment collection to improve charger ROI and scale EV programs. Backed by leading venture investors and serving large enterprise customers, the company is building a high-performing go-to-market engine in a rapidly expanding category.



Role Overview

The Growth Associate will own top-of-funnel outbound execution, running multi-channel campaigns (phone, email, and LinkedIn) to generate qualified pipeline and book meetings with senior decision-makers across sectors such as fleet and real estate. This is a hands-on role focused on refining outbound strategy, shaping messaging, and identifying new opportunities, with a clear path to growing into a full-cycle Account Executive role.


What You'll Do

  • Run multi-channel outbound campaigns across phone, email, and LinkedIn to drive demand and book demos with senior stakeholders
  • Map target accounts by identifying key stakeholders and decision-makers within priority organizations
  • Test, iterate, and scale outreach by experimenting with messaging, sequences, and tactics; analyze performance with the growth team; and build scripts/processes/playbooks for future team growth


Who You Are

  • 1–3 years of experience, including prior SDR/BDR experience, with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Results-oriented, driven, and competitive—comfortable with rejection, motivated by ambitious goals, and eager to learn in a fast-moving startup environment
  • Highly organized and proactive, with comfort using GTM tooling (CRM and sales intelligence tools preferred)


Compensation

  • Equity: Equity included with offers; vests over four years with a one-year cliff
