Position Overview
Are you a strategic and resultsoriented account executive with a passion for driving meaningful change? Join our team as a Sales Director and play a pivotal role in accelerating the clean energy transition. You'll work with Fortune 500 companies and other large energy buyers, guiding them to achieve their ambitious decarbonization goals. In this highimpact role, you'll act as a trusted advisor to clients in the corporate and industrial (C&I) sector, leveraging our powerful data and analytics to craft innovative, pragmatic, and compelling clean energy solutions. This isn't just about selling; it's about partnering with the world's leading companies to help them navigate the complexities of the clean energy market and build a sustainable future.
Key Responsibilities
- Pioneer the full sales cycle from first contact to contract signing, ensuring an exceptional and seamless experience for every client.
- Craft and execute a strategic sales plan that not only meets, but consistently exceeds, ambitious revenue targets.
- Forge deep and lasting relationships with key executives, including sustainability officers, finance leaders, and procurement teams.
- Become a subject matter expert on our cuttingedge products, confidently articulating their value and impact.
- Deliver persuasive presentations and demonstrations that clearly showcase how our data and services solve critical business challenges.
- Collaborate closely with our internal teamsfrom Product to Marketing and Client Successto ensure a unified approach and provide valuable market feedback.
- Represent REsurety at key industry events and conferences, expanding our network and solidifying our brand as a leader in clean energy solutions.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in B2B enterprise software or SaaS sales, including experience in the energy, climate tech, or financial services sectors.
- Demonstrated success in consultative selling to Csuite and seniorlevel executives.
- Understanding of clean energy markets, including renewable energy power purchase agreements (PPAs), renewable energy certificates (RECs), and carbon accounting.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills that captivate and persuade.
- A highly motivated, selfstarting mentality with the resilience and drive to thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- A genuine passion for addressing climate change.
- Professional training in valuebased selling techniques.
- Expertise with renewable energy finance, risk products, contracting, and power markets.

- Hybrid model: Office on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays; remote optional on Wednesdays and Fridays.
