Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position located in New York, NY, for the role of Head of Trading. The role includes developing and implementing trading strategies, managing trading activities, assessing market opportunities, and overseeing hedging operations. The Head of Trading will play a critical role in leading the trading team to maximize profitability and align trading activities with organizational sustainability goals.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Trading Strategies and Hedging techniques
- Strong Analytical Skills and experience in data-driven decision-making
- Comprehensive knowledge of Trading in financial and environmental markets
- Solid experience in Finance and market analysis
- Demonstrated leadership and decision-making abilities
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Experience in environmental commodities or carbon trading is a significant advantage
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for team leadership
