Business Development Executive (ESG & Carbon)

Location: New Delhi, Mumbai, Ahemdabad Gujarat (willingness to relocate)

RSustain is seeking a Business Development Executive to expand our ESG and Carbon services portfolio. This role is ideal for professionals passionate about sustainability and driving market growth in environmental solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in ESG & Carbon services.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with corporates, investors, and regulators.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and pitch materials aligned with RSustain’s services.
• Collaborate with technical teams to align solutions with client sustainability needs.
• Represent RSustain at industry events, forums, and networking platforms.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in business development, preferably in ESG, carbon markets, or sustainability consulting.
• Strong understanding of carbon accounting, ESG frameworks, and climate action.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Flexibility to relocate and travel as required.
