Role Description
Resilient Sustainance Limited is seeking a UK-based ESG Business Development Partner to help expand our sustainability and ESG advisory services.
This role focuses on identifying potential client organisations, building professional relationships, and introducing companies that require ESG advisory, sustainability strategy, climate transition planning, or regulatory-aligned reporting systems.
The role is designed for independent professionals, sustainability advisors, and business development specialists with strong corporate networks who are interested in generating consulting opportunities in the ESG and sustainability sector.
The Business Development Partner will collaborate with the leadership team to support opportunity identification, client engagement, and proposal development for ESG and sustainability advisory assignments.
Key Responsabilities
• Identify and engage organisations seeking ESG, sustainability, or climate advisory support
• Build relationships with corporate, financial, and public sector stakeholders
• Introduce RSustain advisory services to prospective clients
• Support early-stage client discussions and opportunity development
• Coordinate with the leadership team on proposals and consulting opportunities
• Monitor developments in ESG regulation, sustainability reporting, and climate policy relevant to the UK market
Compensation Structure
This role operates on a commission-based model.
Compensation is provided as a percentage of consulting revenue generated through successful client introductions. Payments are made upon receipt of project revenue from clients introduced by the Business Development Partner.
This structure is designed for professionals who are confident in their ability to develop client relationships and generate consulting opportunities in the ESG and sustainability sector.
