We’re looking for a Junior Sales Associate who thrives on cold calling, cold emailing, and high-energy communication to help us expand our reach in the climate-tech space.
? Location: Bengaluru (On-site / Hybrid)
? Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome)
? What You’ll Do
- Conduct high-volume cold calls and cold emails to generate qualified leads
- Initiate conversations with potential clients and introduce RePut.ai’s solutions
- Identify decision-makers and schedule discovery/demo meetings
- Follow up consistently and nurture early-stage prospects
- Maintain clean CRM records and outreach trackers
- Work closely with founders and sales leadership to refine pitch strategies
- Meet weekly outreach and lead generation targets
? What We’re Looking For
- Excellent verbal communication skills — confident, clear, and persuasive
- Strong written communication for cold emails and LinkedIn outreach
- Comfortable handling objections and rejections professionally
- High energy, resilience, and result-driven mindset
- Ability to work with targets and performance metrics
- Basic understanding of sales funnels and lead qualification

- You understand SaaS or tech-based solutions
