We are REPS – Road Energy Production System, the first company in the world to operate a functioning road power plant.


Yes, really. We build roads that generate electricity. Patented, tested, deployed – and our first system is now running at the Port of Hamburg on HCS (https://www.hcs-depot.de/) ( https://www.reps.energy/world-premiere-of-the-first-road-power-plant/ )


To support the ongoing operation of our system, we are looking for a hands-on, energetic on-site assistant who helps our team keep everything running smoothly – and who makes sure truck drivers know what exciting innovation they are driving over.


? Your Tasks
  • You are on site at the REPS installation in the Port of Hamburg every day (short check-ins, flexible scheduling).
  • You welcome truck drivers, briefly explain the system, and help maintain a positive atmosphere at the test area.
  • You observe the system during operation and immediately report any small issues, abnormalities, or irregularities.
  • You take photos and short videos when something interesting happens (for our engineering team and sometimes for social media).
  • You support us with small mechanical tasks – nothing complicated, but you should enjoy working with tools.
  • You act as our “eyes and ears” on site and keep the team updated via short WhatsApp/Slack check-ins.

  • You live in Hamburg or can get there easily.
  • You’re enthusiastic about technology, innovation, and energy.
  • You’re communicative, open, and not afraid to wave at a truck driver ?
  • You’re reliable and enjoy taking responsibility.
  • Bonus: You have basic mechanical or hands-on skills.
