Role Description The Associate Founder will work closely with the founding team to drive strategy, operations, and growth across the business. This full-time remote role involves shaping product direction, conducting market research, and collaborating with technical teams to refine the blockchain and AI-powered platform for carbon credits. The Associate Founder will support fundraising activities, investor relations, and partnership development with enterprises, project developers, and ecosystem stakeholders. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining go-to-market initiatives, supporting brand and community-building efforts, and establishing processes for scaling a fast-growing climate-tech startup. The role also includes coordinating cross-functional projects, monitoring key performance metrics, and helping build a strong, inclusive company culture.
Qualifications
- Strategic and analytical skills, including experience in market research, business modeling, and data-driven decision-making.
- Experience or strong interest in climate-tech, carbon markets, sustainability, or impact investing.
- Familiarity with technology-driven businesses, ideally involving blockchain, AI, or digital platforms.
- Strong communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills for working with investors, partners, and internal teams.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, with experience in startups, venture building, or early-stage company operations.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and deliver outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort working independently in a remote setting, with excellent collaboration and documentation habits.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Economics, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related discipline) or equivalent practical experience.
- Previous experience in fundraising, partnerships, or product management is a plus.
