Electrical Engineering Technician - Night Shift

We're looking for an Electrical Technician to join our growing team. In this field-based role, you'll assist with the installation of residential and commercial solar PV and energy storage systems while working alongside experienced professionals to deliver safe, high-quality installations that meet company standards and electrical codes. Whether you're experienced in solar or looking to grow your electrical career, Renu provides classroom and hands-on field training during your first 30 days. All tools and required safety equipment are provided, and some local travel between job sites is required. System Installation: Assist with the installation of solar PV and energy storage systems from start to finish. Electrical Work: Install system components while following electrical diagrams, specifications, and project requirements. Quality & Safety: Perform work in accordance with company standards, electrical codes, and safety requirements. Assist the Electrical Team Lead and crew members to ensure efficient project completion. Equipment Management: Maintain work vehicles, tools, equipment, and inventory. Field Service: Assist with electrical upgrades, rooftop work, and other field installation activities. Complete training and contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment. High school diploma or equivalent General knowledge of electrical work, construction, and OSHA safety practices 1+ year of electrical experience ~1+ year of solar electrical experience ~ Experience with residential or commercial electrical installations ~ Interest in building a career in the renewable energy industry Opportunity to develop electrical and renewable-energy skills Residential and commercial project exposure Career-growth opportunities 25-$28 per hour
