What You’ll Do:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies that drive qualified leads and brand awareness.
- Oversee digital marketing campaigns (social media, paid ads, SEO, email, content).
- Manage creative assets, messaging, and brand identity.
- Track and analyze campaign performance to improve ROI.
- Collaborate with sales teams to support high-quality lead flow and conversion.
- Plan local events, promotions, and community outreach specific to the Maryland market.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of marketing experience (solar or home services industry a major plus).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, analytics, and consumer behavior.
- Creative mindset with the ability to craft compelling messaging.
- Experience managing marketing budgets and ad spend.
