As a successful Construction Scheduler, your primary duties include creating and managing detailed project schedules using scheduling software and Excel. You will work closely with homeowners, project managers, and contractors to gather and share project scheduling information accurately and promptly. You will monitor the progress of all ongoing projects, determine pipeline project readiness, and identify possible delays. You will also suggest ways to reduce delays. Your daily responsibilities will involve overseeing the installation schedule and providing daily directives to the installation teams. You will meet with internal stakeholders and project managers to present schedule updates, conduct regular schedule review meetings with project teams, and adjust schedules as necessary. Additionally, you'll assist Procurement with resource allocation and project planning to enhance efficiency, while ensuring company policies and industry standards are maintained.

Proven experience as a construction scheduler is required. You need a bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience. As a tech-savvy professional, you should be proficient in scheduling software (CRM) and Microsoft 365. You will have a strong understanding of construction processes, methodologies, and best practices. To succeed as a Construction Scheduler, you need excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, a focused mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
