Job Description
Position - Executive - HR Operations
Experience - 4-6 years

Employee Onboarding
- Shared joining employee details with HO within timelines and deployed them to respective departments.
- Completed employee onboarding (MPH) accurately with all required details.
- Coordinated pre‑employment medical check‑ups.
- Ensured HR induction and issued ID and access cards to employees.
- Managed biometric registration for on‑roll and off‑roll staff.
- Prepared and shared manpower MIS.
- Maintained daily employee data and attendance.
- Controlled absenteeism through leave discipline.
- Maintained continuous engagement with employees and stakeholders.
- Resolved employee grievances within defined timelines.
- Escalated critical grievances to the next level as required.
- Prepared and shared monthly grievance summary reports with the reporting manager.
- Communicate/ providing awareness to employee about the benefits offer by company.
- Doing Communication with absent employees. Issuing Absconding Letter as per pre-defined process to Absconded employee.
- Uploading the details & absconding letters Successfactor.
- Actively drove employee engagement activities such as R&R programs and shift‑wise birthday celebrations.
- Conducted regular one‑to‑one interactions with employees.
- Maintained contractor database along with compliance records and verified applicable statutory compliances.
- Reported compliance and non‑compliance status of assigned contractors.
- Communicate/ providing awareness to employee about the benefits offer by company.
- Doing Communication with absent employees. Issuing Absconding Letter as per pre-defined process to Absconded employee.
