Key Responsibilities:
- Lead SGRE WTG fleet (G97, G114, G122, G3X) across engineering, design, and technical operations
- Provide real-time support to sites on performance issues and key components (converter, transformer, generator, gearbox, main bearing)
- Conduct technical training on PM, troubleshooting, and critical systems
- Perform WTG audits and ensure effective reporting for optimal performance
- Develop technical instructions and SOPs as per business needs
- Ensure reliability, safety, and quality throughout lifecycle
- Identify and mitigate engineering/design risks with action plans
- Manage timely reports, issue escalation, and solutions
- Coordinate weekly meetings with central and site teams
- Support cross-functional discussions on contractor/supplier technical issues
