As we scale, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who understands engineering hiring in EPC environments. This role goes beyond closing positions — it is about building high-performance teams that can execute complex, large-scale projects.

What this role is about:

✅ Leading hiring across civil, mechanical, piping, electrical, instrumentation, planning, QA/QC, safety, and project execution roles

✅ Hiring for both design engineering and site execution functions

✅ Partnering closely with project leaders to map manpower needs and evolving role requirements

✅ Building strong pipelines for fast-track project staffing

✅ Driving sourcing across LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, referrals, and industry networks

✅ Improving hiring quality, speed, and consistency

What we’re looking for:

✅ 7–10 years of experience in engineering recruitment within EPC, Oil & Gas, infrastructure, or industrial environments

✅ Strong understanding of how site teams, design functions, and project controls operate

✅ Proven experience hiring across multiple engineering disciplines

✅ Ability to assess candidates beyond resumes — real capability, not just keywords

✅ Structured communicator with a strong ownership mindset
