Energy Efficiency Program Coordinator

2. About the Opportunity:
The Energy Efficiency Program Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the delivery of energy initiatives that help customers save energy and reduce costs. This position ensures efficient program execution, contractor support, and maximizes customer benefits while maintaining compliance and smooth daily operations.
3. Responsibilities:
• Maintain electronic and physical filing systems for applications, rebates, and supporting documents
• Collaborate with other departments to support customer service efforts
• Accurately enter data into various database applications
• Provide exceptional customer service and handle calls in a customer-focused environment
• Protect confidential customer information
• Support various programs within the department as assigned
• Perform additional duties as needed
4. Requirements:
• Residency in Pennsylvania
• Availability to work 8-hour shifts between 7 am and 6 pm
• Minimum of 2 years customer service and data entry experience
• Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to prioritize multiple tasks
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate across organizational levels to meet objectives
• Adaptability to shifting priorities and business needs
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, OneNote, and Teams; CRM experience preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Interest in sustainability and environmental impact
Preferred:
• Bachelor’s degree
• 2+ years experience in energy efficiency, sustainability, or project coordination
• Experience with utility rebate or incentive programs
• Spanish-speaking bilingual candidates preferred
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
• Base salary range: $40,000 to $50,000, dependent on experience, education, and location
• Eligibility for discretionary annual bonus
