Data Engineer

2. About the Opportunity:
The Data Engineer role is responsible for building and maintaining data pipelines that enable the organization to make informed decisions and develop data-centric services. The position contributes by ensuring data quality and accessibility, supporting cross-functional teams, and facilitating insights that help accelerate electric vehicle adoption.
3. Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain data pipelines using AI tools and proven technologies
• Transform large datasets into clear, performant formats for organization-wide use
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and business teams to provide foundational data
• Produce comprehensive documentation and semantic context for datasets
• Monitor and uphold data quality standards through checks and ongoing improvements
4. Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years experience on a data team
• Proficiency in SQL, including complex queries with window functions, CTEs, and joins
• Experience with Python for advanced data analysis, including pandas
• Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and tools such as Azure, Snowflake, dbt, Dagster, and Sigma
• Adaptability to emerging technologies and AI tools with a continuous improvement mindset
• Initiative to experiment, troubleshoot, and resolve issues independently
• Passion for contributing to climate solutions by supporting electric vehicle adoption
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
• $90,000 to $110,000 base salary plus a 10% annual bonus
