About ReGeneva

ReGeneva is a next-generation ESG and Sustainability solutions firm, helping organisations and individuals translate ESG intent into measurable action. We operate across three core verticals:

  • ESG & Sustainability Solutions (Reporting, GHG accounting, strategy, compliance, assurance)
  • ReGeneva Academy (ESG education, training, and career development)
  • ESG Marketplace (Connecting ESG talent, tools, and service providers)

Our work spans BRSR & ESG reporting, GHG inventory and accounting, ESG strategy and ratings support, capacity building, and community-led sustainability initiatives.

Role Overview

The ESG & Sustainability Intern will work closely with the core ReGeneva team across Academy operations, content creation, community building, and ESG solution support. This role is ideal for candidates who want hands-on exposure to real-world ESG work, not just theoretical learning.

The internship blends product execution, content, digital outreach, and ESG domain exposure.

  • Social media posting and content calendars
  • Email campaigns and newsletters
  • Basic performance tracking (engagement, reach, conversions)
  • Help coordinate outreach to students, professionals, institutions, and ESG enthusiasts

4. ESG Solutions & Marketplace Support
  • Assist the team on ESG solution-related work such as:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfort working with digital tools, online platforms, and structured documentation
  • Willingness to learn, take ownership, and work in a fast-moving environment

Prior ESG experience is a plus but not mandatory; curiosity and execution ability matter more.

What You Will Gain
  • Hands-on exposure to live ESG projects, clients, and learning products
  • Practical understanding of ESG reporting, GHG accounting, and sustainability strategy
  • Experience working at the intersection of ESG, education, content, and digital platforms
  • Certificate and/or recommendation upon successful completion
