What you’ll do

You’ll build and lead a volunteer social media team. We’ll create and publish content, expand across platforms, and grow reach and engagement. You’ll set goals, coordinate work, and keep our voice consistent and mission-aligned. First task: recruit your team!

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, guide, and motivate your team

• Coordinate content planning and publishing

• Upload content across channels

• Research climate topics and draft brief summaries

• Support project planning and tracking

What you bring

• Experience leading teams

• Hands-on social media skills

• Strong communication and organization

• Comfortable working remote, async, and proactive

• Fluent English, other languages welcome

• Passion for climate action

• 15 to 20 hours weekly
