This is an opportunity to become the first Customer Success Manager within an ambitious ClimateTech scale-up that is transforming how complex buildings are monitored, optimised and automated.


Following a successful investment round, the business is entering its next phase of growth, expanding its customer base across healthcare, higher education, industrial and commercial real estate portfolios. Customer Success will be central to that journey, ensuring customers realise measurable value while helping build the repeatable processes that will underpin future growth.

This is a highly consultative role combining enterprise account management, customer onboarding, deployment coordination and commercial account growth within a fast-moving technology business.


THE ROLE

  • Own customer onboarding for strategic enterprise clients, ensuring successful adoption and time-to-value.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across estates, facilities, sustainability and operations teams.
  • Lead regular customer reviews, demonstrating measurable operational, financial and carbon reduction outcomes.
  • Drive customer adoption, engagement and long-term account health across multi-site portfolios.
  • Identify expansion opportunities and support the company's land-and-expand growth strategy.
  • Work closely with Product, Engineering and Commercial teams to ensure successful deployments and an outstanding customer experience.
  • Help design and implement scalable Customer Success processes, playbooks and customer health frameworks.
  • Represent the voice of the customer internally, helping shape future product development.

THE PERSON

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Experience managing enterprise B2B SaaS or technology customers.
  • A strong track record of customer retention, adoption and commercial account growth.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage senior decision makers.
  • Experience working across complex, multi-site customer environments.
  • A commercial mindset, with the ability to identify expansion opportunities whilst delivering outstanding customer outcomes.
  • Experience within PropTech, ClimateTech, Energy Management, Smart Buildings, FM Technology or related sectors would be advantageous.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced scale-up where processes are still being created and improved.
  • Additional language skills, particularly French, German, Italian or Turkish, would be advantageous but are not essential.


PACKAGE

  • £55,000-£75,000 basic plus 10-20% Bonus
