Responsibilities
Support regulatory and administrative law matters at federal and state levels
Conduct legal research and draft high-quality briefs, memos, and filings
Advise clients in energy, utilities, and telecommunications sectors
Assist with projects related to:
Renewable energy development
Transmission siting and infrastructure
Clean energy mandates and compliance
Collaborate with attorneys on complex environmental and business issues
Participate in client interactions and case strategy discussions
Qualifications
JD degree from an accredited law school
Experience or exposure to: Administrative or regulatory law
Energy, utilities, or other regulated industries (preferred)
Judicial clerkship experience (a plus)
Strong legal research and writing skills
Excellent academic credentials
Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team
