Responsibilities
- Support regulatory and administrative law matters at federal and state levels
- Conduct legal research and draft high-quality briefs, memos, and filings
- Advise clients in energy, utilities, and telecommunications sectors
- Assist with projects related to:
- Renewable energy development
- Transmission siting and infrastructure
- Clean energy mandates and compliance
- Collaborate with attorneys on complex environmental and business issues
- Participate in client interactions and case strategy discussions
Qualifications
- JD degree from an accredited law school
- Experience or exposure to: Administrative or regulatory law
- Energy, utilities, or other regulated industries (preferred)
- Judicial clerkship experience (a plus)
- Strong legal research and writing skills
- Excellent academic credentials
- Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team
