We are looking for a mission-driven Analyst or Associate to join a Climate Tech investment team backing entrepreneurs tackling some of humanity’s most pressing challenges. This role offers a unique opportunity to help shape the future of climate innovation while building a long-term career in venture capital.


Location: Barcelona.


Who you are: You bring an investment-oriented mindset and are excited about building a career in venture capital, ideally with exposure to startups, investing, or financial analysis.

You have experience in areas such as venture capital, private equity, consulting, investment banking, and understand how to evaluate opportunities and support founders.

You also have a strong interest in climate tech and are motivated to deepen your understanding of the sector and its key technologies.

What you’ll do:

  • Source and screen new investment opportunities in climate tech
  • Analyze companies, markets, and business models
  • Build financial models and support valuation and investment analysis
  • Prepare investment memos and materials for the Investment Committee
  • Support due diligence and deal execution
  • Collaborate on portfolio monitoring and valuation
  • Engage with founders, investors, and the broader climate tech ecosystem
  • Represent the fund at events and conferences

What we expect:

  • 1–3 years of experience in VC, private equity, investment banking, consulting, or venture-backed startups
  • Strong understanding of venture capital dynamics and startup ecosystems
  • Experience in financial analysis, modelling, or transaction support
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or similar
  • Interest or exposure to climate tech / energy / sustainability sectors
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in Spanish and English
