By 2026, corporate sustainability is no longer a marketing tagline — it is a regulatory requirement and a core business risk. However, when it comes to IT infrastructure, many organizations still struggle to account for the carbon footprint and data risks associated with retired hardware.

At RE-BOOT, we bridge the gap between enterprise IT operations and sustainability goals. We provide certified IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) and zero-risk data destruction services that directly help enterprises reduce their Scope 3 emissions, meet CSRD reporting standards, and contribute to a true circular economy in Portugal.

We are looking for a Corporate Sustainability & ESG Partner Manager to join our team in Aveiro to develop strategic B2B partnerships, manage corporate key accounts, and guide our partners through green IT transitions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic B2B Partnerships: Identify, build, and nurture long-term corporate relationships with medium and large enterprises across Portugal, expanding our portfolio of ESG-focused clients.
• Account Management & Client Advisory: Oversee partner portfolios, ensure service quality, and educate stakeholders on sustainable e-waste management, GDPR compliance, and zero-risk data destruction.
• ESG Performance Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and interpret sustainability metrics, preparing audit-ready CO₂ reduction and e-waste diversion reports for client ESG disclosures.
• Cross-Functional Integration: Collaborate with internal ITAD operations and technical teams to integrate client ESG priorities into tailored service packages.
• Ecosystem Representation: Monitor market ESG trends, represent RE-BOOT at industry events, and active participation in local and national sustainability networks.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Proven track record in B2B partnership development, strategic account management, or ESG/sustainability consulting.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret environmental metrics and present clear sustainability performance data.
• Solid understanding of ESG frameworks, Scope 3 emissions, CSRD guidelines, and corporate circular economy principles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sustainability, Environmental Studies, or a related field (advanced ESG certifications are a plus).
• Proficiency with CRM systems and data presentation tools.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English (both written and spoken).
