About The Role
Raptor Maps is seeking a Project Manager to join our Analytics team. This is an ideal fit for someone looking to work at a renewable energy startup and gain valuable hands-on experience with solar farm performance data. You will be working within the Operations Team, closely coordinating with the Data Team and Customer Support & Success teams regarding the deliverables you manage. About The Role
Raptor Maps is seeking a Project Manager to join our Analytics team. What You'll Do
- Ensure the timely completion of data analytics projects from onboarding through delivery
- Prove the value of our platform by upholding quality standards of deliverables
- Contribute to and uphold Analytics SOPs & KPIs
- Coordinate client feedback conversations with the Customer Support & Training team
- Work closely with Data Team to support an efficient data quality and completeness feedback loop
- Employ technical and user expertise to advocate for operational improvements & specialty project needs
- Lead and contribute to projects supporting company level initiatives and goals
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1-3 years of work experience in project management, operations and maintenance, data analysis, or similar
- Must be primarily located in the contiguous US
- Must be authorized to work in the US
- Experience with image processing tools, geospatial mapping, or thermography
- Experience building out and using project management systems (Airtable, Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheets, etc.)
- Prior work or research experience in solar operations and maintenance, field technician work, or other related solar PV experience
- Familiarity with SQL or other data querying language
- Prior startup experience
- Have a mind for detail and bigger picture vision. The day to day of this role involves processing high volume deliverables that need to meet our quality standards, while also planning for the long term scalability of the operation.
