Accounts Payable Associate – Be the Backbone of Financial Accuracy!

Location: Concord Township
Schedule: Full-Time | Office Setting

What You’ll Do

  • Process and validate invoices with accuracy and speed.
  • Troubleshoot OCR invoice exceptions and collaborate with vendors and procurement to resolve root causes.
  • Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities.
  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve billing discrepancies.
  • Partner with internal teams to resolve PO and receiving issues.
  • Assist with reconciling the Goods Received / Not Invoiced account.
  • Contribute to process improvements and support administrative tasks like email monitoring and mail scanning.


What You Bring

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (or in progress) preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in accounts payable or a similar role.
  • Familiarity with OCR technology and invoice processing.
  • Proficiency in SAP, Cherryworks, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
