Senior Associate, Digital Advertising Placement
Responsibilities:
- Design an online ads strategy to build a warm, active audience
- Publish ads on all of our global channels
- Monitor ads performance and implement day-to-day optimization
- Conduct A/B tests for both creatives and messaging
- Provide performance data to the internal and external creative teams for content creation
- Periodic high-level reporting on our paid ad performance and audiences
- Coordinate with the data analytics team on data infrastructure setup
- Adjust lead generation ad strategy according to email marketing data insights
- Advise on creative performance, support on copy and messaging
Qualifications:
- Degree or equivalent experience in Marketing.
- Demonstrated ability (2-3 years) in a marketing and or similar environment.
- Demonstrated ability (2-3 years) as an influencer, or equivalent.
- Is able to work independently without supervision.
- Good communication skills and is able to convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences.
- You are able to plan and prioritizes your work to meet commitments aligned with organizational goals.
- You are able to build strong partnerships and able to work collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives.
- Build strong customer relationships and deliver customer-centric solutions.
Job Level: 4
Salary: Commensurate with experience
