As Vice President – Ecological Restoration, you will provide strategic, scientific, and operational leadership for the organization's restoration portfolio.
You will lead multidisciplinary teams responsible for planning, implementing, monitoring, and scaling landscape restoration programs that generate measurable ecological, social, and climate outcomes.
The role combines science, leadership, innovation, stakeholder engagement, and program management to deliver long-term ecosystem recovery.
Strategic Leadership
- Develop long-term restoration strategies
- Lead large-scale ecological restoration programs

Who We're Looking For
We're looking for a leader who combines scientific expertise with strategic vision.
Essential Qualifications
- Min. Master's degree in Ecology, Forestry, Wildlife Biology, Environmental Science, Conservation Biology, Restoration Ecology, or related discipline
Experience
- 10–14+ years of progressive experience in ecological restoration, biodiversity conservation, forestry, landscape ecology, or natural resource management
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and large-scale landscape restoration programs
- Demonstrated expertise in ecological monitoring, restoration planning, and biodiversity assessments
- Experience working with government agencies, donors, CSR programs, and research institutions
