Operations Processing Associate

POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Operations Processing Associate will report to the Head of Operations and Strategy, collaborating closely with the IT and QA teams to ensure the EnFin Fintech Platform operates smoothly and performs as expected without any issues.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create, implement, and manage UAT test scripts, strategies, and plans to ensure the system meets both business and technical requirements
- Collaborate with the IT and QA teams to verify that system outputs are accurate and meet business expectations
- Thoroughly evaluate during testing to ensure that new implementations or developments do not affect existing processes or cause errors
- Actively participate in all new releases and hotfixes to ensure comprehensive testing and validation
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the workflow and any forthcoming enhancements or changes
- Evaluate and improve testing processes and strategies to optimize system performance and accuracy
- Capable of adapting to changes in requirements and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Document test plans, test cases, and results, and submit tickets for any additional requirements, enhancements, or issues identified during testing
- Effectively communicate with multiple departments to understand requirements, ensure they are met, and confirm that everything is tested within the established deadlines
- Assist the Operations team with small projects that require a comprehensive understanding of the entire process from start to finish
- Manage project tasks, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure timely completion of project deliverables
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree or related experience
- 2+ years of experience in the solar industry, 1 year of experience in solar financing
- 1+ year of experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Experience working in a high-tech environment
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Outstanding organizational and multitasking skills
- Experience in system administration and troubleshooting errors
- Tasks are to be performed independently, with minimal supervision. Able to establish priorities and manage time effectively to complete work
