Senior EPC Sales Director

The Senior Sales Director is responsible for driving business by selling photovoltaic(PV) modules in the utility-scale market within the United States. This position reports to the Head of Sales, or another management personnel that the President of the Company may designate. This position is located in the United States (remote) and working hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:00am to 5:00pm or 9:00am to 6:00pm local time. This position is expected to travel up to 30%.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTION & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Pursue new solar module-sale opportunities to foster the company’s growth in the utility-scale market;
  • Prioritize acquiring new customers among developers, EPC companies, utility companies, etc.;
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to ensure business goals are achieved;
  • Create effective differentiators and negotiation strategies, while comprehending all key commercial and legal issues;
  • Analyze and comprehend the market dynamics and needs;
  • All other duties as assigned by the Head of Sales;
  • Regular attendance, in accordance with company's attendance policy and supervisory assignment, is an essential job duty requirement for this position

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred;
  • Minimum of 15 years of sales experience with Tier 1 solar manufacturers, such as First Solar, JA Solar, Jinko Solar, Longi Solar, Canadian Solar, etc.;
  • Substantial network among new developers and EPC contractors;
  • Ability to develop PV business with utility-scale developers and EPC contractors;
  • Demonstrated understanding of the business development;
  • Creative drive for entrepreneurial opportunities and the flexibility to work with many different types of customers;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
