SENIOR HUMAN RESOURCES GENERALIST

SUMMARY
The Senior Human Resources Generalist will provide support to the Senior Manager, HR business Partners to oversee the successful implementation of HR programs across the entire organization. This position reports to the Sr. Director of Human Resource Business Partner, or another senior management personnel that the CEO of the Company may designate. This position is Remote, and working hours are Monday through Friday. This position is expected to travel up to 10%.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTION & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the HRBPs in the execution and administration of various HR programs along the employee lifecycle
- In partnership with HRBPs, address and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations
- Manage a range of administrative tasks, including workforce planning, onboarding, employee exits, and maintain employee records in partnership with HR Operations
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Work with other HR teams to create and streamline HR policies and procedures
- Manage and oversee the execution and talent programs, including internship program, rotational program, and high-potential program
- Provide internal support and partnership to business leaders to deliver key Human Resource initiatives
- Exceptional attention to detail, organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability and experience communicating with upper management and leadership team is a strong plus

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or another related field in business administration
- Minimum of 5+ years of relevant human resources experience
- Strong knowledge of various HR programs
- Strong knowledge of HR employee lifecycle
- Strong knowledge of HR-related state and federal regulations
- Proficiency using software programs such as HRIS, Payroll system (such as ADP WFN)
- Advanced reporting skills using Excel
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) or related energy industries
- Proficiency using HRIS (such as Workday and ADP), Payroll system (such as ADP, Paycom, Paylocity, etc), and MS Office

- Sight: frequent use of sight to detect images on computer, office documents, and office objects near and far
- Climb: occasionally ascends/descends on stairway to get to office upper and lower floors
- Travel: up to 10% as needed
