POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Paralegal is responsible for providing legal, commercial, and administrative support. This position will act as a liaison between Legal, EnFin, and its affiliates’ business teams and may participate in discussions relating to demand letters, complaints, claims, and other legal filings related to residential business. This position reports to and will work directly with the Director of Legal Ops/Contracts or another senior management personnel that the General Counsel of the Company may designate. This position is located in Irvine, California.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide overall paralegal/administrative support especially to support Enfin/Axia/Capital Markets/TPO Team including but not limited to:
a) file, maintain, and update real-time version controls of legal documents and spreadsheet with correct naming conventions
b) prepare, track, compile invoices, obtain internal approvals, letters, supporting documents, and status reports to help process invoices in a timely manner
c) interface with cross-functional teams as needed
d) schedule meetings and support other administrative/ad-hoc projects as needed.
- Help support the contract execution process, including assembling agreements and exhibits, and obtaining signatures from authorized signatories as needed.
- Help with any special projects and special assignments, as needed, with limited supervision
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience or equivalent in in-house legal department or law firm experience.
- Experience with the solar industry is a plus.
- Excellent verbal, and written communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Agile and effective communicator with clear oral and written explanations.
- Ability to prioritize multiple and simultaneous projects, issues, and activities.
- Proactive and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to multi-task, set priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Confidence and ability to interact with people at all levels of the organization.
- Dependable and trustworthy.
- Computer and tech savvy. Advanced level in MS Office Suite, G-Suite, and Adobe Pro (pdf).
- Enjoy learning using new software or any type of computer system.
- CA Notary public or willing to become one.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Not required but good to have a Paralegal Certificate (optional)

The salary range is required by the California Pay Transparency Act and may differ depending on the location of those candidates hired nationwide.
