POSITION DESCRIPTION:

The Legal Assistant position will be providing administrative support to the legal team. This position will be in Irvine, California and working hours are Monday through Friday.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide general administrative support to the legal team.
  • Provide administrative support to Agiloft as needed – assign a reviewer, assist with comparing, compiling, and filing documents as needed.
  • Insert authorized officers’ e-signatures using AdobeSign from Agiloft and distribute executed agreements to cross-functional teams as needed.
  • File and maintain documents in Agiloft and Sharepoint.
  • Process outside counsel invoices, obtain budgets by submitting internal approval system (Cleverse), and maintain legal spends in google sheet accordingly.
  • Help with responding or forwarding legal inquiries received in hqca-legal@qcells.com as necessary.
  • Perform other duties and special projects, as assigned by the legal team.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 3+ years of either law firm or in-house working experience
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, G-Suite, PDF, and not afraid of using and learning any new software systems (e.g. Agiloft)
  • Proactive in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal, and written communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Able to multi-task, set priorities, and meet deadlines
  • Confidence and ability to interact with people at all levels of the organization
  • Dependable and trustworthy
