General Affairs Specialist
Reports to: HR Sr. Director
Location: Dalton, GA
Classification: Salary Exempt
SUMMARY
The HR General Affairs Specialist is responsible for providing purchasing and financial support to the Human Resources Department.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Receive, record, analyze, verify, reconcile, and report all vendor invoices and financial transactions (e.g., staffing vendors, pest control, break room vending machines, etc.).
- Process invoices in SAP.
- Analyze and interpret financial statements.
- Follow the payment and divers financial issues with the Finance Team.
- Track the progress of PO from creation to delivery.
- Determination of PO based on stock level and department budget.
- Responsible for overseeing the inventory management process for HR Department.
- Process employee reimbursement related costs (e.g., relocation reimbursement, safety shoe reimbursement, etc.).
- HR Budget control.
- Negotiate with external accounts for competitive unit price and contract terms.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- A bachelor’s degree in Accounting or relevant field in business administration
- 2+ years of Office Manager experience
- Proficiency in use of MS Office Excel and SAP
- Strong knowledge of finance and accounting, global business operations, and business intelligence analysis
- Multi-tasking, patience under hard-working environment
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing multiple deadlines
- Excellent communication skill and ability to work in a cross functional team environment
PHYSICAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Able to stand and walk the production area throughout the workday
- Reaching, pushing, pulling, or lifting as required within limits set by Hanwha Q CELLS USA, Inc.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer

- Experience in high tech manufacturing industry and startups
