Software Equipment Engineer
SUMMARY
Software & PLC specialist will be responsible for Software & PLC maintenance and management of Wafer equipment at the QCELLS's factory in Cartersville. This includes software and PLC improvements for all machines. The software equipment engineer will be a key member of the equipment team and will work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations of the facility.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for tasks related to equipment PLC maintenance
- Manages Back-up & Up-grade of new equipment PLC data
- Equipment PLC improvement project progress and management
- Coordinates with other departments to ensure smooth operation of equipment
- Establish PLC Trouble shooting procedures and proceed with training
- Write and present documents as needed, such as scheduling meetings and preparing reports
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Equipment PLC failure analysis abilities
- Experience in PLC control configuration and maintenance management
- Automation equipment improvement project management skills
- PLC modification and interpretation abilities
- Bachelor's degree in electrical, mechanical and electronic engineering, human resources or related fields
- More than 3 years of experience in equipment PLC control development
- Experience in carrying out equipment PLC improvement projects
- Experience or qualifications in the field of semiconductor or photovoltaic industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Chinese or Korean language skills
