Maintenance Equipment Engineer

SUMMARY

The maintenance equipment engineer will be responsible for maintenance and management of Wafer equipment at the QCELLS's new factory in Cartersville. This includes improvements for process machines. The maintenance equipment engineer will be a key member of the equipment team and will work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations of the facility.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for tasks related to equipment maintenance
  • Manage equipment regular inspection schedule and progress
  • Manage the installation and operation of new equipment
  • Equipment improvement project progress
  • Manage spare parts inventory and usage of equipment
  • Write and present documents as needed, such as scheduling meetings and preparing reports
  • Facility maintenance work procedures and safety work procedures must be established and documented

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical, mechanical and electronic engineering, or related fields
  • Experience in equipment maintenance management and production related fields
  • Experience or qualifications in the semiconductor or photovoltaic industry
  • Electrical and mechanical license
  • Experienced in automation-related industries
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
  • Document writing and presentation skills are required
  • Process equipment maintenance management skills are required
  • Requires understanding of electrical and mechanical principles

PREFFERED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Chinese or Korean language skills
