Control System Engineer I (MCS)

Description

SUMMARY

MCS (Material Control System) will develop and operate of solutions and automation/material control Interface in Solar product manufacturing line.



RESPONSIBILITIES

• MCS operation in Solar product manufacturing line
• Analysis, design, management, and distribution of equipment interface standard communication specification
• Design and development of transfortation logic for materials/subsidiary materials, product/semi-finished products
• Management of buffers for logistics automation such as Stocker and Stacker
• Development of Data I/F toward higher systems such as MES
• Writing and analysis of specifications based on a standard such as SEMI E87/E82/E88, Development and management of Data communication
• Response and troubleshooting on interface issues related to material control

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree required related with Computer science or similar department
• 0 or 2+ years of prior experience in the Development and Operation of solutions and Material Control System
• Experience in the Development and Operation of material control of high-tech industries such as Solar and semiconductors
• Strong knowledge and experience in the Development and Operation of automation or MCS Package
• Intermediate or higher skills in Java development
• Strong knowledge and experience in writing data communications specifications related to SECS/GEM (above the advanced level)
• Strong organization aptitude and attention to detail
• Demonstrated reliability with excellent time-management skills
• Works well under the pressure of deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Development and Operational experience with MCS solutions
• High understanding of SECS/GEM standards and Development experience
