SUMMARY

Hanwha Qcells is seeking an HRIS Specialist to join a growing solar panel manufacturing group in Cartersville, GA. This position will play a crucial role in overseeing the development, implementation, and maintenance of our Human Resources Information System (HRIS). This position will bring in professional experience to optimize HR processes, drive system improvements, and ensure the effective use of HR technology across the organization.   • This position will work in the temporary office in Atlanta, GA, until the facility in Cartersville, GA, is ready in 2024.


RESPONSIBILITIES

1. HRIS Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive HRIS strategy aligned with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify HR technology needs and enhancements.
  • Plans to play the role of HR system transfer project lead for Dalton Factory & Carterville Factory.


2. System Implementation and Maintenance:

  • Lead the implementation and integration of HRIS modules and updates.
  • Ensure the integrity and accuracy of HRIS data through regular audits and system maintenance.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for HRIS users.


3. Process Optimization:

  • Streamline HR processes through the effective use of HR technology.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements.
  • Conduct regular assessments to ensure HRIS is meeting organizational needs.


4. Reporting and Analytics:

  • Develop and generate regular reports for HR and leadership, providing insights into key HR metrics.
  • Utilize data analytics to inform decision-making and identify trends.
  • Train HR staff on report generation and data analysis within the HRIS.


5. Compliance and Security:

  • Ensure HRIS compliance with data protection regulations and company policies.
  • Collaborate with IT and security teams to maintain the security and confidentiality of HRIS data.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HRIS management support with a proven track record of success.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR processes, systems, and best practices.
  • Strong project management skills with a focus on successful system implementations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient in HRIS software (e.g., Workday, ADP, Paycom) and data analytics tools.
