  • Manage vendors and contractors to leverage external capabilities for offering integration.
  • Solution Engineering & Development
  • Lead the architecture and technical design of power management systems, including cloud-native applications, edge controllers, and software supporting DER integration and energy asset optimization.
  • Translate utility and enterprise customer needs into scalable, modular solutions that support clean energy delivery and fleetwide power infrastructure management.
  • Oversee development and integration of capabilities that enable grid interoperability, onsite generation coordination (e.g., solar, gas, diesel), and regulatory compliance.
  • Guide solution design and rapid prototyping for strategic partnerships, pilots, and Off-taker-based commercial models.
  • Build and manage a high-performing solution engineering team, including system architects, DevOps, and systems integrators.
  • Collaborate with business development, product, GTM, grid operations, and partner teams to align technical delivery with commercial strategy.
  • Establish frameworks for enterprise-grade security, data privacy, and compliance (e.g., SOC2, NERC-CIP).
  • Coordinate the mobilization of Hanwha internal capabilities and external technology partnerships to accelerate solution delivery.
  • Define and evolve the long-term technology vision, including edge-cloud orchestration, make vs. buy decisions, and platform extensibility.
  • Serve as the senior technical voice in partnership negotiations, platform positioning, and strategic sales engagements.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Partner with Hanwhas global software, finance, EPC, and manufacturing divisions to ensure offering alignment and execution readiness.
