? Role Overview

We are looking for a Content Writer with a journalistic background who can independently report, investigate, interview, and craft compelling multi-format content for Pyse's content platform- Sentiment.

This role sits at the core of our content engine. You will shape stories through on-ground interviews, primary research, market analysis, and multimedia formats including written articles, scripts, explainers, and podcasts.

This is not a desk-only writing job — it is an editorial role that blends journalism with analytical storytelling. You will work closely with the founders, research teams, and external experts to build authoritative content that elevates Sentiment as a trusted voice in climate, mobility, and finance.


? Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct on-ground interviews with industry stakeholders, fleet operators, investors, policymakers, and ecosystem experts.
  • Research and develop stories around climate-tech, mobility, finance, and real-world asset investing.
  • Write deeply reported articles, short-format pieces, newsletters, and editorial explainers.
  • Script and support production for podcasts, audio narratives, and multimedia segments.
  • Translate complex financial, policy, or technical concepts into clear, accessible content.
  • Collaborate with the product and brand teams to align storytelling with Sentiment’s editorial tone and mission.
  • Maintain ethical journalistic practices including verification, fact-checking, sourcing, and transparency.
  • Track emerging market trends and generate story pipelines aligned with Pyse’s verticals.

? Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 2 to 4 years working in journalism, reporting, editorial research, or content creation.
  • A degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Literature, or equivalent.
  • Strong interviewing and investigative abilities.
  • Excellent command over written and spoken English.
  • Proven experience crafting well-researched stories with structure and clarity.
  • Comfort working in fast-paced, founder-led early-stage environments.
  • Ability to synthesise data and insights into compelling narratives.
  • Bonus: Experience in business journalism, climate reporting, or financial storytelling.
