About the Role：

In this role, you will be the first technical point of contact for local installers, providing both remote troubleshooting and on-site commissioning/after-sales support. Over time, as you master residential systems, you will have the opportunity to expand into Commercial & Industrial (C&I) energy storage solutions and transition toward senior technical, product feedback, or technical sales roles.


Key Responsibilities

Technical Support & On-Call Rotation

  • Handle daily technical inquiries from local installers via public phone and WhatsApp on a rotating schedule.
  • Diagnose and resolve common system issues involving inverters, batteries, communication modules, and mobile apps.
  • Coordinate with Tier 2 (HQ Engineering) for escalated software bugs or complex system diagnostics.

Field Application Support

  • Perform on-site installation support, commissioning guidance, and after-sales troubleshooting across designated sales regions in the Netherlands.
  • Handle hardware replacements (RMA) and provide hands-on resolution for critical customer issues

Market & Product Feedback

  • Collect field insights, installer pain points, and local regulatory requirements in the Dutch market.

Provide direct feedback to HQ Product and R&D teams to drive product quality and localization improvements.


Requirements

  1. Background: Degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Renewable Energy, or a related technical field (Graduates/Junior Engineers are welcome).
  2. Prior technical support or FAE experience in PV inverters, energy storage is highly preferred.
  3. Hands-on electrical troubleshooting skills.
  4. Proficient in Dutch at native level, fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.


Work Style: Willingness to travel locally within the BNX for on-site visits; valid EU driver's license required.
