Job Description & Summary

We are looking for dynamic professionals with a passion for manufacturing and digital transformation to join our team driving next‑generation industrial operations. You will work at the intersection of operations, analytics, AI/ML, and automation, helping leading manufacturing clients reimagine efficiency, reliability, and performance.
You will partner with plant teams and business leaders to solve high‑impact operational challenges using digital and analytics‑driven approaches. The role blends strong functional understanding of manufacturing with hands‑on exposure to data, analytics tools, and transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Lead or contribute to digital and analytics engagements across plant operations, supply chain, and asset management.
- Identify operational pain points and translate them into analytics‑based solutions and AI/ML use cases.
- Conduct diagnostics, site studies, and data‑driven assessments to uncover improvement opportunities.
- Support or lead delivery of solutions that enhance reliability, throughput, and cost efficiency.
- Prepare structured, insight‑driven client deliverables and present recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and mentor junior resources.
- Hands‑on experience in heavy industrial operations (metals & mining, power generation, cement, chemicals), across plant operations, maintenance, supply chain, or asset performance.
- Strong analytics exposure—using dashboards, historian data, OT/IT systems, or data‑driven problem solving on real plant issues.
- Ability to independently run operational workstreams and collaborate with plant managers, functional leads, and mid‑level stakeholders.
- Execution‑driven mindset with a track record of converting operational data into actionable improvements in reliability, throughput, or cost.
- Deep understanding of industrial processes, with experience contributing to or leading digital/analytics transformation initiatives in relevant sectors.
- Ability to shape digital roadmaps, design end‑to‑end solutions, and drive implementation across plants.
- Strong stakeholder management—comfortae engaging with CXOs, plant heads, and senior leadership.
- Experience leading multi‑disciplinary teams and ensuring high‑quality delivery at scale.
- Demonstrated ability to build thought leadership, frameworks, and reusable IP
